TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CANCELLATION POLICY AND DEPOSITS: 
The hotel will request credit/debit card details at the time of booking.
The hotel needs this information to guarantee your reservation in case of cancellation after the corresponding period or if you do not show up at the hotel.
If you cancel your reservation up to 2 days before the arrival date, the hotel will not charge you. 
If you cancel the reservation after the deadline or do not show up, the hotel will charge 100% of the reservation on the credit card provided by the client.
Payment is made directly at the hotel, at the time of check-in.
The hotel reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card before your arrival at the hotel.
Prior to check-in, and in order to prevent fraudulent use of the card, the hotel may carry out balance checks on your credit card for a maximum amount of €1; This amount will be returned to you once the verification has been carried out.

CHILDREN AND BABIES: 
Children of any age can be accommodated.
Children up to 6 years old can stay for free using existing beds in the rooms (maximum 1 child per room)

IMPORTANT: 
We do not have an elevator to access the rooms. If this fact supposes a fundamental inconvenience, take it into account before booking or request cancellation. 
We do not have adapted rooms.

EXTRA BEDS: 
We have extra beds and cots.
Extra beds or cots must be requested at the time of making the reservation and confirmed by the hotel.

PARKING: 
We have paid parking spaces without direct access to the hotel.
Places are reserved at the time of check-in.

INTERNET: 
WI-FI available in the rooms, bar and common areas of the hotel.
Cable connection available in the rooms.

GROUPS: 
No special conditions apply for groups.

BREAKFASTS: 
Breakfasts are not included in the accommodation rates, except in contracts where it is specifically detailed.

PETS: 
Pets are not allowed.
