The established time for Check out is 12:00 p.m.

LATE CHECK OUT

The hotel offers the Late Check out service for a supplement of €20 per room until 2:00 p.m., as long as there is availability. This option must be consulted at reception, at least one day before.

RECEPTION SERVICE

Reception hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. If you wish to check out before 8:00 a.m., you must notify reception the day before.

If the staff is absent from reception, we will assist you from the hotel cafeteria.

Outside reception hours there are staff on duty to deal with any emergencies that may occur.

IMPORTANT

The door of the room has a latch to protect the privacy of the clients. If you turn the latch, it will activate the "Privacy" mode in the lock and will prevent our cleaning service from accessing your room.

For security reasons, the lock is easily unlocked from the inside by pushing the handle down.
